     With over 25 years experience in the fish and wildlife field, Southern Sportsman Aquatics & Land Management can answer all your questions and provide quality service to help you achieve your aquatic and upland habitat management goals from Texas to Florida.

What We Do

     Southern Sportsman Aquatics & Land Management can assess water chemistry, fish populations and inventory aquatic vegetation with state-of-the-art equipment to create a management strategy for the kind of quality fishery & aquatic ecosystem you desire.  We also can collect data or inventory aquatic habitats (inverts, plants and fish) for environmental impact studies.  We can also assist housing developments and golf courses to soundly environmentally  manage retention ponds.  We can also inventory and evaluate wildlife populations and their habitats to create a management strategy for quality deer, turkey, quail and waterfowl habitat.

Help Wanted!

I am seeking a part-time field technician to assist with aquatic herbicide applications and fish population sampling (electrofishing) in Texas.  Work is on an as-needed basis.  Some traveling in Texas required, hotels and dinners will be provided by Southern Sportsman Aquatics & Land Management.  This is a great opportunity for a college student to gain valuable field experience.  If interested, please CONTACT US!
